At Luvenora, we want you to feel completely in control of your membership. If you'd like to cancel your VIP membership, you can do so at any time — no questions asked, no hidden fees.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY VIP MEMBERSHIP?
Cancelling is simple and straightforward. You can cancel your VIP membership at any time by:
- Logging into your Luvenora account and navigating to My Membership in your account settings
- Clicking Cancel Membership and confirming your cancellation
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
WHEN DOES MY CANCELLATION TAKE EFFECT?
Your cancellation takes effect immediately upon confirmation. You will retain access to your VIP benefits until the end of your current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.
WILL I BE CHARGED AFTER CANCELLING?
No. Once you cancel, your membership will not renew and you will not be charged again. Any charges made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
